On the Job at L’AND:

Between 2023 and 2025, I have been the General Manager at L’AND, reporting to the CEO& Founder (as sole proprietor providing contracted services with Shining Life - Compasso). L’AND Vineyards stays in my heart and supporting L’AND will always be part of my mission.

While exclusively managing the hotel, I was in charge of:

• Operational Management and repositioning of the hotel in the exclusive national and international marke, as per strategic 3 year goals;

• Responsible for the integration into the prestigious Relais & Châteaux Association;

• Development and execution of MAPA Gastronomic Project for Michelin Guide objectives 2023–2026;

• Operational repositioning and improvement of SOPS;

• Managing a team of 85 staff members;

• Marketing & Sales responsibilities:

  • Marketing Plan; Distribution & Sales

  • Website and booking engine back-office (Synxis Convertion)

  • Distribution Channels

  • Partnerships

  • Afilliation to international luxury consortia (Virtuoso, Internova, Andrew Harper, Serandipians, Ensemble, Signature, Protravel)

  • International Sales Representation | Representing L’AND in international Roadshows, Sales Blitz, Trade Shows, Sales Calls with Relais and Châteaux and / or our Sales Representatives

  • Communication, Image & Public Relations | National and international media PR, liaising with the agency O Apartamento

  • Social Media planning

  • Communication collaterals such as brochures, newsletters, activities planning, wine club calendar of events, cultural agenda and destination map

• Real estate sales for L’AND Vineyards (new clusters);

• Supporting the pre-launch of future L’AND Hospitality and Residential projects (Freixo Poente and Amoreira da Torre).
